Who is your Agent??

Annie Ginsberg worked in the public school system, in field of Special Education, for 30 years. She was a teacher, community liaison, administrator, mediator, consultant and school board member.

Living at the beach in the Los Angeles area was great, but after a six-week backpack trip across the John Muir Trail, Annie and her husband Marko began searching for a small mountain town. After 5 different visits they knew the spectacular town of Grand Lake was the perfect place for their lifestyle of hiking, skiing, snow shoeing, and fishing.

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Annie made a major career change, from a Special Education consultant and school board member to real estate broker. She loves meeting new people and using her strong convictions that service and communication are the most important skills a real estate agent could display. Annie has earned the coveted "CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)" Realtor designation and is now a board member for the Colorado CRS Chapter 1.

One of her clients wrote the following, "You are absolutely the most responsive real estate person we have ever worked with!!" She is called “Grand County’s Most Responsive Broker!” and works diligently at keeping this reputation current.

Since moving to Grand Lake, Annie has gotten involved with the Grand County Wilderness Group (as newsletter editor and volunteer for the National Forest Service), and the Grand Arts Council. She acted in the 2003 2004, 2005 winter melodrama (as Woman with a Baby,Fifi Latte & Mary Delightful) as well as the 2004 and 2005 Tombstone Tales. She is the past president of the Grand County Board of Realtors and continues on the board.

Annie sends out an awesome newsletter called "Annie G Mountain & Home." It's full of real estate tips for buyers and sellers, Grand County Happenings, property ads and a fun brainteaser.

Annie is definitely the agent you want on your team!
