| Living at the beach in the Los Angeles area was great, but after a six-week backpack trip across the John Muir Trail, Anne and her husband Mark began searching for a small mountain town. After 5 different visits they knew the spectacular town of Grand Lake was the perfect place for their lifestyle of hiking, skiing, snow shoeing, and fishing. |
| Annie made a major career change, from a Special Education consultant and school board member to real estate broker. She loves meeting new people and using her strong convictions that service and communication are the most important skills a real estate agent could display. One of her clients wrote the following, "You are absolutely the most responsive real estate person we have ever worked with!!" She works diligently at keeping this reputation current. |
| Since moving to Grand Lake, Annie has gotten involved with the Grand County Wilderness Group (as newsletter editor and volunteer for the National Forest Service), and the Grand Arts Council. She acted in the 2003 and 2004 winter melodrama (as Woman with a Baby & Fifi Latte) as well as the 2004 and 2005 Tombstone Tales. |
