Honesty & Integrity, with a Sense of Humor...

I have lived in Grand Lake since 1995 and have been very active in the recreation, the development, the politics and the overall fun of this beautiful area.  I was the Event Coordinator for the Grand Lake Chamber of Commerce and planned such events as the Buffalo BBQ, Fall Festival, and the wildly popular Winter Carnival.  I also volunteer for the Grand Lake Area Arts Council, the Library District, the Grand Lake Historical Society, the Grand Lake Chamber and am on the Board of the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre. Networking and keeping in touch with the community at large is very important to me.  My husband is a contractor and the mayor of this beautiful town.  Our son is a Mechanical Engineer and is experiencing it from a wheelchair due to a major auto accident in July 2008

I have owned and run several businesses over the years but I feel I have found my niche in real estate. In 2007 I earned my GRI designation. [When you see the letters GRI after an agent's name, you can count on receiving the knowledge and guidance you need to make your transaction go smoothly. In short, you can count on getting the best service available from a real estate professional.] I am a past president of the Grand County Board of Realtors having served on that board and the MLS Committee for 10 years. In 2008, I had the great honor of being selected "Realtor of the Year" for Grand County. In 2009 my husband and I were chosen by the Grand Lake Rotary to be “Citizens of the Year”. And in 2010, I received the “Best Realtor” by vote in the Sky Hi News.  I just recently formed a partnership with Lindsey Morrow and we are now the “Dynamic Mountain Team”.    We love putting people together with their "dreams" and we will make it fun!

Please call me if you would like to know anything about this area or its real estate.

Annie Ginsberg

Annie Ginsberg worked in the public school system, in field of Special Education, for 30 years. She was a teacher, community liaison, administrator, mediator, consultant and school board member.

Living at the beach in the Los Angeles area was great, but after a six-week backpack trip across the John Muir Trail, Annie and her husband Marko began searching for a small mountain town. After 5 different visits they knew the spectacular town of Grand Lake was the perfect place for their lifestyle of hiking, skiing, snow shoeing, and fishing.

[The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.] Annie made a major career change, from a Special Education consultant and school board member to real estate broker. She loves meeting new people and using her strong convictions that service and communication are the most important skills a real estate agent could display. Annie has earned the coveted "CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)" Realtor designation and is now a board member for the Colorado CRS Chapter 1.

One of her clients wrote the following, "You are absolutely the most responsive real estate person we have ever worked with!!" She is called “Grand County’s Most Responsive Broker!” and works diligently at keeping this reputation current.

Since moving to Grand Lake, Annie has gotten involved with the Grand County Wilderness Group (as newsletter editor and volunteer for the National Forest Service), and the Grand Arts Council. She acted in the 2003 2004, 2005 winter melodrama (as Woman with a Baby,Fifi Latte & Mary Delightful) as well as the 2004 and 2005 Tombstone Tales. She is the past president of the Grand County Board of Realtors and continues on the board.

Annie sends out an awesome newsletter called "Annie G Mountain & Home." It's full of real estate tips for buyers and sellers, Grand County Happenings, property ads and a fun brainteaser.

Annie is definitely the agent you want on your team!

Cindi Cunningham

I am Cindi Cunningham and my husband and I have been homeowners in Grand Lake for over 17 years!

In prior years, we lived in the area full time and owned/operated a retail business in the Town of Grand Lake and just returned to the area last summer and I started a new career in Real Estate.

Most persons spend over 50% of their day in their home eating/sleeping/playing/working, so why not help them enjoy their surroundings by finding them the home of their dreams, with an amazing view of the surrounding area, the mountains, the many lakes, or the Colorado River?

If choosing to sell, I work directly with my customers to secure the best possible price for their home.

For those buying property, I seek to understand their needs in order to find the home, cabin or land lot of their dreams!

I live in Columbine Lake and know the community well, having volunteered in several capacities in this HOA, and I personally enjoy living in a community where everyone knows their neighbors and supports one another.

Living in Colorado, one can experience all that this state has to offer in each season. Personally, I love learning more about the history of our area, boating on the beautiful lakes, hiking the magnificent mountains when the aspens are in full color, enjoying sunrise over Ol’ Baldy with morning coffee, and just “being” amongst all of nature.

Professionally, I bring over 20 years of Sales/Marketing/Customer Service experience to Real Estate. Ethics and integrity are #1 with me and I am proud to be a part of the team at RE/MAX Resorts of Grand County! Please call on me to help you sell your home or find your next one!
